<p>It seems that all applications will be free until Q1 of 2009. This seems fair so all of the kinks can be worked out. I&#8217;m still trying to determine if IRCell will be free or a small, one-time payment of $3 or something. Perhaps I&#8217;ll just take donations on this website instead. I haven&#8217;t delved into the market too much but what I&#8217;ve seen so far, it could be pretty cool.</p>
<p>PS: I&#8217;ve just paid my $25.00 and can now submit applications.</p>
